Tastefully remodeled? By whose taste? If you like budget replacement windows inconsistent w/ the exterior paint scheme or the style of the house. Or a cement backyard (added as part of the remodel). Why on earth would you take a cottage-sized house and put a huge sauna in it? “Landscaped” - you mean the fresh sod and a couple token shrubs and unkept English ivy and a strip of backyard that is still dirt- that’s what you meant by landscaped? Angela Cheung, are you as dumb as you think buyers are? Note that the house isn’t staged - so bring your tape measure to get a sense of how big those bedrooms really aren’t (and note the bountiful use of floor to ceiling mirror closet doors. So while infrastructurally a lot has been put in, it’s still a fixer in a very real sense. But it’s kind of amazing that beside all that, it really is that much stuff in this small container, so it should appeal to some.

Great curb appeal.
Especially if you look only at the curb.
