Tastefully remodeled? By whose taste? If you like budget replacement windows inconsistent w/ the exterior paint scheme or the style of the house. Or a cement backyard (added as part of the remodel). Why on earth would you take a cottage-sized house and put a huge sauna in it? "Landscaped" - you mean the fresh sod and a couple token shrubs and unkept English ivy and a strip of backyard that is still dirt- that's what you meant by landscaped? Angela Cheung, are you as dumb as you think buyers are? Note that the house isn't staged - so bring your tape measure to get a sense of how big those bedrooms really aren't (and note the bountiful use of floor to ceiling mirror closet doors. So while infrastructurally a lot has been put in, it's still a fixer in a very real sense. But it's kind of amazing that beside all that, it really is that much stuff in this small container, so it should appeal to some.
