Why on earth would you take a cottage-sized house and put a huge sauna in it? "Landscaped" - you mean the fresh sod and a couple token shrubs and unkept English ivy and a strip of backyard that is still dirt- that's what you meant by landscaped? Note that the house isn't staged - so bring your tape measure to get a sense of how big those bedrooms really aren't (and note the bountiful use of floor to ceiling mirror closet doors. So while infrastructurally a lot has been put in, it's still a fixer in a very real sense.
