This house needs a lot of work. There are two tiny bedrooms on the top floor and one small bedroom - next to the kitchen!

There is a lot of undeveloped space - but much of it is very low ceiling height.

Very very strange layout and needs about $100k to fix. (turn second bedroom on top into bath, turn bedroom next to kitchen into office, turn short ceiling room into home theater, open up a window in the front and make that a bedroom, etc)
